Euro Pilates fitness center wants to help you take control now by offering our new Pilates Boot Camp. This 4-week course is an affordable and efficient way to energize your body and mind as you learn the right way to engage your core, Pilates style, while enjoying the camaraderie and pace of boot camp style training. Each week you will build on the previous weeks work as you gain strength, stamina, stability and balance. This class will meet twice a week for 4-weeks and is designed for those new to Pilates.
