| THE WALL program uses high repetitions of small controlled movements with a variety of props to include the ballet barre, mat, bands and weight balls to tone and sculpt muscles. This is a full body workout of low-impact deep muscle conditioning movements followed by rewarding stretches to increase range of motion while enhancing balance. THE WALL workout combines the best of Pilates, isometrics, dance conditioning and physical therapy techniques with the intense pace of interval training. This 55 minute work-out will make your muscles quiver, burn fat, re-shape your rear, thin thighs and flatten abs.
